“I find inspiration in the beauty of Japanese art, and particular the Japanese body tattoo and street graffiti. I first started designing dragons and Koi fish from scratch, travelling through different references in the history about Asian tattoo.

I drew a few sketches, photographed some street graffiti. Then scanned them into a computer, and used Illustrator and Photoshop to color the tattoos, assigned a model in 3D, then texturing, lighting. It was quite a visual challenge when compositing the final image, layers of layers in Photoshop, trying to combine the traditional tattoo art with a contemporary touch… I am very happy with my design."

I created this image for EON CGTalk Challenge... and have won the 3rd prize under 3D scene category.
... Somewhere inside the 4th chamber, there is an alien room with air-purification and recreation, with different habitat in each island, ranging from freshwater ponds to whole rivers systems, from resorts and wildlife preserve to mountains and waterfalls, flying birds - it all returned to an unattended state... all are harvested. Hi all,
I was looking creating a scene which happen(ed) in past and future history, after all not just a nice nice picture... a interesting message behind the "image", so viewer would think: Hope its never happen again!... so I have decided to re-create an event which were based on Bible Genesis chapter 6, for full story please go the link http://forums.cgsociety.org/showthr...50&page=6&pp=15

Hi all, this is 1st Lightwave art work I have done, any comment welcome...
I done this about few months ago, is a GE fridge with stainless steel finished, this project was to animate a 30sec TV commercial, I have modeling whole fridge(exterior only!) and composited later with some real video footages and still images... it was good fun!!
These images you see here; color, contrast, has been enhanced for still image purpose.
